Mindfulness Centering Practice

This is a Centering Practice mediation for Self-Care/Mindfulness. A centering practice that can settle our minds and reduce stress by bringing awareness to the present moment. This quick 4 min mediation to get centered, relax, and help destress for a moment in time. Please take a moment to participate in a basic center practice that will aid in your own personal Self-Care and Mindfulness.
